Perpetual Trustees and BNY Mellon act in the capacity of trustee and custodian, respectively, for the mortgage products offered under the relevant program.Safeguarding assets, on behalf of the program participants and related stakeholders.
This structure provides an additional layer of protection by ensuring that all loan assets are administered in accordance with the applicable trust deed, custodial agreement, or other governing instrument, and in full compliance with the relevant terms and conditions.
The engagement of Perpetual Trustees and BNY Mellon allows the program to rely on the established expertise of both institutions in trust and custodial administration, thereby offering assurance that all assets, funds, and associated interests are managed with a high degree of diligence, oversight, and integrity.
